Responsibilities:
- The main duty of the position is to carry out quality checks on digital content in the English language by listening for, identifying, and validating faults that have been reported by consumers and various systems.
- The desire to work on digital video content should be present in an associate.
- The associate must constantly adjust to changing circumstances, pick up new skills for using a variety of tools and systems, and sharpen his or her ability to see and report mistakes. In order to identify content mistakes, he or she must adhere to SOP.
- Operational KPIs such as productivity (number of titles processed per hour), quality (% of defects), and delivery/latency SLAs must be understood by the associate. The associate’s performance will be evaluated based on adherence to these metrics, SLA specifications, QA criteria, team and individual objectives, and their capacity to generate ideas and spearhead process enhancements for completion.
- An associate should be creative thinker and willing to work well in a team to enhance the editing/QA process.
- The associate will frequently have to get in touch with publisher and vendor managers to report issues found and give updates on the status as needed.
- For this position, the worker will contribute independently.
- The associate also needs to have a professional manner, strong communication abilities, and the ability to pay great attention to even the smallest details.
