Job Description
- Meet all deadlines for Revenue Assurance (risk-based controls) and guarantee 100% compliance.
- Note any significant operational or technological gaps and bring them to the attention of the appropriate team for RCA and fixing.
- Make sure all workpapers are documented.
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures
- Assistance with control automation using Python and SQL
- Assist businesses with verifying the transactions of any updated or new products being added to the system.
- Creates reporting and control dashboards, finds flaws in processes, and suggests fixes.
- Accountable for implementing procedures and controls to lower company losses while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Recognize important KPIs, comprehend diverse revenue and cost streams, and create logic to implement controls
- Look for any indications of fraud in the revenue streams.
