Responsibilities

  • ensures the complete customer experience and gives the client a single point of contact.
  • Issues were resolved by consulting Knowledge Base articles for troubleshooting hardware and software, assisting the client with corrective measures, elevating issues to a higher level, and monitoring the progress of issues and their resolution.

  • Actively engage in sessions of knowledge transmission and pinpoint areas of knowledge deficiency.
  • Keep track of best practices, distribute them to colleagues, and assist with knowledge transfer as needed.
